FROM THE PASTOR ~ LAUNCH OF STEWARDSHIP YEAR

Next Sunday, the First Sunday of Advent, we will begin a new liturgical year and the theme we will be focusing on for the year is Stewardship. The bulletin will take on a new format, including our specially designed Stewardship logo. As well, there will be a table at the church entrance with information about Stewardship with several items for sale. The Stewardship team looks forward to greeting you next weekend!

PRAYER

... for our DEPARTED LOVED ONES will still be said for the rest of November. Please enter the names of those you want the community of Saint Patrick’s to remember in the Book of Remembrance in the centre aisle of the church.

REQUEST FOR PRAYERS: Achol Dau Bilieau, the mother of our Sudanese family, phoned from Edmonton where she is finishing Grade 8 and a training job in hotel housekeeping. She asks for many prayers for herself and for her family … Abuk, Adau, Akuol, Achai, Biong, Alor and Kwal. They remember fondly and with gratitude our Parish community. Please keep them in your prayers as they apply for Canadian citizenship.
